At a blustery day under the roof at the Gravesend Rugby Football Club, England internationals Becky Edwins and Kai Sheffield took top spot at this very competitive early season Doubles organised by Alex Spillett.
Kai and Becky navigated their way to the Final thanks to wins in the afternoon against Scott Ashby & Rowland Jones and then Abderrahmane & Ramdane in the Semi Final.
Their opponents in the Final, England internationals Callum Lombard and David Plumhoff had similarly prevailed in their afternoon knockout route against Jonathan Castaing & Sofiane Mehdi and then Dean Ashby and Jason White in the Semi Final.
Tim Edwins provided P365’s *Live and Exclusive* coverage after he’d spent the earlier part of the day playing (and winning) in a EuroCup qualifier.
